A foxy hipster with a sound RedeX malt background and bittered with Pride of Ringwood. This hopster has been elevated with Simcoe and Cascade to make an easy drinking, hoppy little number.
This is an unfined rich creamy stout with a delightful Black Cherry and Vanilla sweet flavour. It has a moorish tendency, just like the dessert itself and we would like to say it has half the calories, but we all know that something this good has its downfall!
A Pale Ale with a fruity aroma and hints of citrus and tropical notes. An easy drinking session ale at 4.3% ABV which has a refreshing finish.
Golden well balanced session pale based on the traditional English Pale Ale. A moderate dose of American hops, Chinnook, Bravo and Ahtanum that make a subtle citrus nose, slight bitter back pallet, which drinks bolder than a 3.7% session ale.
A bit of a monster, SaXquatch is a Dark Old Ale and at 8.6% ABV should be drunk cautiously. A traditional malt bill, bittered with Cascade hops and followed with a Cascade and Columbus aroma, this very smooth and deceptive beer has liquorice overtones and a discrete toffee finish. Sold in both 330 and 500ml
A session bitter with Chinook bittering and nosed with Cascade. It’s got the bitter back taste of an English Ale but slightly lighter in colour, with a subtle nose but not hopped to take your head off.
A Helles Lager Beer, full bodied, slightly sweet, light in colour and mildly bitter. This classic lager hopped with Strisselsplat was cold fermented for 25 days before being conditioned for a further 2 weeks prior to bottling. Best drunk cold.
A full bodied Porter with traditional English hops Northern Brewer bittering and Fuggles. This is a classic Winter Warmer with a good body, 6% ABV and a smooth finish.... or maybe one more!
Xtreme’s milk stout needs no introductions, rich creamy and smooth down the throat. Probably the most requested ale, irrelevant of the weather and the time of the year!
A very pale, refreshing IPA with modest conditioning and a subtle citrus nose. This opens with a dry grapefruit pallet and a refined bitter after taste which gives a vibrant zesty mouth feel. Ideal for a warm summer afternoon watching the world go by...
A dark mahogany strong bitter with a sweet, roasty, toasty malt pallet. A subtle nose bittered with Northern Brewer and a Golding and Celia aroma. This traditional strong bitter, at 5.0% ABV, has a good mouth feel and a hint of dark fruits, in the back taste and a bitter finish.
A rounded Mild that punches above its ABV on both taste and Smokey-ness... Pacfic Jade and Chinnook Hops give it a reasonable nose and a smooth finish, not to be mixed up with the low ABV watery milds.
Smooth and silky mouth feel with a subtle nose, chocolate malt and roasted barley are the opening notes of this traditional Oatmeal Stout. At 4.6% it drinks well, with Chinnook bittering and Goldings bringing a balanced hop bill with an oaty treacle finish.
A deceptive, easy drinking 7% stout with a chocolate nose, large but smooth mouth feel and a slightly bitter after taste. Hopped with Chinook.
